Groundnuts have a standing of their own. They are eaten on the roads when waiting for your bus, as a snack when having a shot of alcohol, as those amazing munchies when you eat our poha chivda, and you know the rest. So out of sheer respect for this nut (no pun intended) we took the liberty to make this absolutely delectable chutney that inculcates the nutrition of the groundnut and taste of our homemade masala. While we would like to give you the space to decide what you would want to match this chutney with, a personal favorite is having it with rotis, idlis, dosas, or rice. Don’t thank us!
